Form Tool Holder

These are customized cutting tools designed to generate specific profile on the component with a single tool. The required profile on the component is generated on the tool cutting edges. These tools are used on CNC, conventional or special purpose machines of various capacities for machining of metal.

These tools are particularly used where :

• A component is required to be machined in a single setting to maintain relative accuracy parameters.

We offer these cutters for Multi spindle Automats, Milling machines, drilling machines turning machines in various material like :

• HSS – M2, M35, M42 grade.
• Carbide tipped type (brazed).
• Solid carbide.

These tools are manufactured with form relieving type in hss and brazed carbide.
