Serration Cutter

We offer Serration Hob cutter or Serration cutter in straight serration or helical serration. Our cutters are used to generate serrations on the jaws of lathe chuck and similar applications.

• Serration metric pitch from 0.5 mm, 0.8 mm, 0.9 mm, 1 mm, 1.2 mm, 1.3 mm, 1.4 mm, 1.5 mm, 1.6 mm, 2 mm, 2.5 mm, 3 mm, 4 mm, 5 mm.
• Imperial pitch from 1/32”, 1/16”, 3/32”, 28 TPI, 20 TPI, 16 TPI, 15 TPI
• Serration angle 53 degree, 55 degree, 60 degree, 70 degree, 90 degree
• Diameter of cutter ranges from 50 mm up to 152 mm
• Length of the cutter ranges from 25 mm up to 300 mm

Our tools are manufactured in various material like HSS- M2, M35, M42, ASP2030, ASP52. Serration in ground profile can also be given upon customer requirement.
